About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide L2 support by analyzing and resolving incidents and service requests.
Diagnose technical issues in Java applications (logs, code, and integrations).
Perform troubleshooting in production environments (applications, APIs, services).
Monitor systems and proactively identify failures.
Support development teams in analyzing recurring problems.
Implement emergency fixes and perform validations in production.
Interact with business areas and L1/L3 support to manage requests.
Document incidents, solutions and operational procedures.
Ensure compliance with SLAs and service metrics.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Technology or a related field.
Experience in system support (production environments).
Experience providing L2 support.
Knowledge of Java (code reading, analysis and debugging).
Experience with log analysis and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of REST APIs and integrations.
Databases (SQL – queries and analysis).
Familiarity with monitoring tools and ITSM platforms.
Experience with Linux/Unix environments (a plus).
