About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and evolve backend systems based on a microservices architecture.
Ensure the quality of delivered solutions through engineering best practices (Clean Code, automated tests, code review).
Contribute to defining and evolving technical and architectural standards.
Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure the reliability of system integrations.
Implement and improve observability practices (logs, metrics, monitoring).
Support analysis and resolution of production incidents with a focus on root cause.
Actively contribute to the evolution of team processes (Definition of Ready, Definition of Done, development workflow).
Participate in agile ceremonies and technical discussions, promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
Solid experience in backend development with Java.
Experience with GIT.
Knowledge of frameworks such as Spring Boot.
Experience with microservices architecture (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS).
Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
Experience with relational databases (SQL).
Experience with automated testing (unit and integration tests).
Experience with messaging systems: Kafka and RabbitMQ.
Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban).
