About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and develop a Business Analytics team, promoting continuous improvement, technical excellence and analytical best practices.
- Define and prioritize the area’s analytics roadmap, aligned with business strategy and the needs of partner teams.
- Ensure the quality, consistency and governance of the data used in analyses and models.
- Oversee the development of advanced analyses, statistical and predictive models, and forecasting, ensuring business applicability.
- Work closely with business areas to define KPIs, metrics and analytical hypotheses, influencing strategic decision-making.
- Deliver relevant insights with clear communication tailored to both executive and technical audiences.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree.
- Proven experience leading Analytics, Data Science or related teams.
- Strong hands-on experience with programming applied to modeling and analysis of complex data.
- Proficiency in data analysis and statistical modeling techniques (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, forecasting).
- Practical experience implementing projects and solutions using Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence for data modeling and analysis.
- Experience with data governance, data quality and analytical development best practices.
