About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and execute the CRM strategy specifically focused on the field (street) sales force, ensuring segmentation, prioritization and regular updating of portfolios.
  • Design and maintain strategic segmentations for commercial outreach, considering customer profile, potential, history and journey.
  • Conduct A/B tests on segmentations and channels to evaluate their impact on customer journeys.
  • Perform channel performance analyses (visits, conversions, churn rate, product penetration, etc.) aimed at proposing segmentation improvements.
  • Monitor and direct the commercial pipeline based on customer data, opportunities and coverage gaps.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to support tactical and strategic decisions on allocation and prioritization.
  • Ensure governance, quality and consistency of data sources, including enrichment and update rules.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Advertising, Engineering or related fields.
  • Experience working with external field sales teams.
  • Solid knowledge of CRM, preferably with experience in commercial channels.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in segmentation, database analysis, commercial performance and KPIs.
  • Experience in commercial planning, customer intelligence and strategic territory/portfolio management.
  • Familiarity with sales metrics, relationship metrics and the customer journey.
