About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Monitor and analyze the financial results of products (revenues, costs and expenses).
  • Project product revenues and costs.
  • Perform financial feasibility analyses for projects and investments and prepare result projections.
  • Structure and present the business plan.
  • Provide support to business areas.
  • Prepare management reports (P&L and business case), dashboards and economic and financial KPIs.
  • Interact with areas such as Accounting, Sales and Finance to ensure planned results are achieved.
  • Prepare analyses to support decision-making.
  • Build relationships with other support and product-dependent areas to align activities and define execution deadlines.
  • Define and monitor product and team metrics and KPIs.
  • Prepare forecasts and management reports.
  • Reconcile monthly results with accounting.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration or related fields.
  • Experience analyzing financial reports and preparing projections.
  • Experience with indicators and metrics.
  • Experience controlling and analyzing variances in costs, expenses, CapEx, revenues and payments.
  • Knowledge of process mapping to diagnose and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Knowledge in preparing specifications for credit/financial processes.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • SQL, Power BI, AI and automation experience are considered pluses.
  • Postgraduate degree in Finance or related fields (plus).
  • Experience with SAP ERP, modules CO, FI and MM (plus).
  • Experience in financial institutions and/or financial services (plus).
