About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Map and validate accounting and financial processes in the context of the SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration.
- Ensure correct accounting of financial transactions in the new environment.
- Execute and validate accounting and financial reconciliations between legacy systems and S/4HANA (ECC vs S/4).
- Validate integrations between SAP modules, ensuring consistency of accounting records.
- Verify migrated account balances, financial positions, and cash flows, ensuring integrity and traceability.
- Support project testing (SIT/UAT), focusing on accounting, month-end close, and treasury scenarios.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve accounting and financial discrepancies resulting from the migration.
- Support implementation of internal controls and risk mitigation in the S/4HANA environment.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience in accounting and/or treasury.
- Experience with financial products (fixed income, equities/variable income, credit operations, cards, merchant acquiring).
- Experience with SAP (ECC or equivalent).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (intermediate/advanced Excel).
