Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure strategic alignment between Product, Business and stakeholders, ensuring initiatives are connected to the company's objectives and deliver measurable value.
Monitor, analyze and explain the progress of corporate OKRs, proposing adjustments, prioritizations and action plans to maximize growth and revenue capture.
Serve as the focal point across multiple areas, promoting synergies and identifying growth opportunities within the existing portfolio and in new markets.
Lead strategic discussions with senior leadership, communicating analyses, diagnostics and recommendations in a clear, structured and decision-oriented manner.
Lead the end-to-end development of strategic initiatives, ensuring governance, monitoring and execution of defined plans.
Act as a facilitator for innovation, continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives, fostering strong engagement with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Prior experience in payments, acquiring, banking or financial services.
Strong ability to generate strategic insights from data and communicate them clearly and concisely to senior leadership.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with the autonomy to lead topics independently.
Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Power Query, plus experience with SQL for ad hoc analyses.
