About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define the best cloud infrastructure solutions and provide support across the entire service lifecycle: architecture, deployment and operation, according to the organization’s technology stack.
Increase the resilience of environments by ensuring improved performance, scalability, availability, quality, monitoring, alerts, etc.
Design, plan and execute processes and/or technology solutions based on data, critical thinking and attention to detail to enable prioritization and decision-making.
Develop applications, components and APIs to support other teams or to improve management within the SRE team.
Actively participate in crisis and incident resolution. Actively engage in understanding the products.
Evolve processes and practices to develop, promote and advance the reliability vision.
Identify needs and understand security requirements for the continuous evolution of the product.
Monitor, develop and manage the continuous delivery of the DevOps pipeline, promoting interaction between tools and provisioning of machines.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Atlantis and Terraform are a plus).
Experience with microservices architecture.
Experience with CI/CD processes (Jenkins + Groovy is a plus).
Experience with infrastructure and networking.
Experience with container orchestration (ECS, Kubernetes, Docker).
Experience with Linux.
Experience with AWS (Route 53, ECS, SQS, STS, API Gateway, Lambda, IAM, cross-account/region setups, VPC, CloudFront, SSM, WAF, GuardDuty, Inspector and CloudWatch).
Experience with high-availability, highly scalable production systems.
Experience with messaging architectures (EMR, Kafka, SQS, RabbitMQ).
Experience with observability and log analysis/interpretation.
Experience with Splunk, Prometheus and Grafana.
