Key responsibilities & impact
  • Hands-on experience defining strategic KPIs and executive-level analytics.
  • Strong experience in data-applied AI, including: development of AI agents or analytics solutions based on LLMs, integrating AI with structured databases, and using AI for insight generation, automation, and decision support.
  • Advanced, proven experience with Power BI, dimensional modeling, and semantic modeling.
  • Advanced DAX (optimization and complex calculations), Power Query, and strong expertise in Data Analytics, BI, and data architecture.
  • Solid experience with advanced SQL and large-volume datasets.
  • Experience with ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience with modern data architectures (Data Lake, Lakehouse, Data Warehouse).
  • Programming in Python for advanced analytics, automation, or AI.
  • Experience orchestrating AI agents and working with emerging frameworks.
  • Background working in high-complexity environments and digital transformation.
  • Experience with data governance, security, and data quality at scale.
  • Prior experience as a technical reference or informal team lead.
