Key responsibilities & impact

Drive strategic and tactical projects end-to-end, from planning through to delivery of results.
Structure and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, risks and dependencies.
Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, internal departments and external partners.
Actively manage stakeholders, promoting alignment, decision-making and effective communication.
Translate business needs into structured initiatives, connecting strategy, processes, technology and people.
Ensure project governance with appropriate documentation, performance indicators, status reports and monitoring rituals.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in the organization's project management models, methods and practices.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree.
Proven experience in project management, preferably in complex corporate environments.
Experience leading cross-functional projects involving business, technology and operations.
Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall or hybrid), with the ability to adapt to context.
Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills, including with senior leadership.
Analytical ability to handle multiple fronts, ambiguity and competing priorities.
Project management certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, PRINCE2 or Scrum Master.
Experience with organizational, digital or operational transformation programs.
Experience working in environments with governance models, project portfolios or PMOs.
Familiarity with project management tools, metrics and executive reporting.
