About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor the complete order cycle for coils, cards, and chips, ensuring the correct execution of operational steps.
- Monitor service orders, ensuring deadlines are met and the quality of deliveries.
- Analyze the performance of multiple suppliers, tracking performance indicators, success rates, and completion times.
- Develop, implement, and monitor action plans focused on continuous improvement of operational performance.
- Support initiatives to optimize workflows and operational processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Conduct critical analyses to identify opportunities for improvement in systems, processes, and operational routines.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in logistics operations with a focus on last-mile delivery.
- Intermediate knowledge of data analysis.
- Experience managing operational performance and monitoring indicators (KPIs).
- Project management experience.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills for operational analyses and controls.
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields.
