About the role

  • Perform daily reconciliation of fixed income positions (CDB, LCI/LCA, debentures, government bonds, etc.), variable income (equities, ETFs, derivatives) and repurchase agreements (repos), ensuring accuracy of information between internal systems and official sources.
  • Ensure that financial and quantitative balances are aligned between operational systems and accounting, maintaining consistency and data integrity.
  • Verify financial and physical settlement of trades within D+0, D+1 and D+2 deadlines, monitoring exceptions and coordinating resolutions with the relevant teams.
  • Identify, analyze and resolve operational and accounting discrepancies, performing root cause investigations and implementing corrective measures.
  • Monitor daily inconsistencies, integration failures, position variances and other operational risks associated with assets and transactions.
  • Maintain robust, reliable and up-to-date controls, preserving data integrity, ensuring traceability and contributing to the reduction of operational and accounting risks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Experience with financial products and financial/accounting reconciliation.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of tools such as Python, SQL, Metabase or Power BI.
  • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, Inoa and Cabine JD.
