About the role
- Map potential clients through research, segmented lists and prospecting tools, understanding pain points, challenges and payment models (volume, card brands, anti-fraud, split, recurring).
- Make contact via phone, email, WhatsApp and LinkedIn, personalizing messages according to the prospect's business model and the company's solution portfolio.
- Qualify leads from campaigns and digital channels, perform structured follow-ups and keep the pipeline updated to ensure predictability in opportunity generation.
- Schedule qualified meetings and prepare comprehensive briefings with context, pain points and interaction history for sales executives or product specialists.
- Participate in rituals and alignment meetings to calibrate ICP (Ideal Customer Profile), qualification criteria and opportunity profiles, ensuring consistency between prospecting and commercial strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commercial Management, Business Administration or related fields.
- Experience as an SDR, Pre-sales or Inside Sales, preferably in acquiring, sub-acquiring, PSPs, payment gateways or payment solutions.
- Knowledge of the payments market.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot or similar) to log activities and manage the pipeline.
- Ability to analyze customer needs, identifying pain points and solution fit.
- Proficiency with prospecting and automation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor approaches.
- Strong routine and time-management skills, especially for follow-ups and pipeline control.
