About the role

  • Develop and execute the CRM strategy specifically aimed at the field sales force, ensuring segmentation, prioritization, and portfolio updates.
  • Design and maintain strategic segmentations for commercial outreach, taking into account customer profile, potential, history, and customer journey.
  • Conduct A/B tests on segmentations and channels to evaluate their impact on customer journeys.
  • Analyze channel performance (visits, conversions, churn rate, product penetration, etc.) to propose segmentation improvements.
  • Monitor and guide the commercial pipeline based on customer data, opportunities, and coverage gaps.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to support tactical and strategic decisions on allocation and prioritization.
  • Ensure governance, quality, and consistency of databases, including enrichment and update rules.

Requirements

  • Experience with external/field sales forces and visit prioritization strategies.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce (Sales Cloud), including list creation, reports, dashboards, and lead distribution rules.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM, preferably with experience in commercial channels and merchant acquiring.
  • Analytical skills with experience in segmentation, database studies, commercial performance, and KPIs.
  • Experience in commercial planning, customer intelligence, and strategic management of territories/portfolios.
  • Knowledge of sales, relationship, and customer journey metrics.
  • Clear and influential communication skills to work with commercial teams and leadership.
