About the role
- Develop, implement and monitor CRM strategies focused on commercial performance, with emphasis on retention, reactivation and revenue growth.
- Conduct strategic sales planning focused on segmentation, prioritization and opportunity identification by commercial portfolio.
- Analyze behavioral data, channel performance and activity indicators to generate actionable insights.
- Run A/B tests on segments and channels to evaluate the impact on customer journeys.
- Monitor CRM KPIs (engagement, churn, conversion, recurrence, etc.) with the goal of proposing improvements to segmentation strategies.
- Work in partnership with commercial teams to guide outreach strategy, customer prioritization and targets.
- Support automation projects and systemic improvements to enhance the customer experience and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data, Business Administration, Engineering and/or related fields.
- Experience in strategic sales planning and commercial performance management.
- Solid knowledge of CRM, preferably with experience in commercial channels and in merchant acquiring.
- Strong analytical skills and experience reading and interpreting data – metric- and KPI-driven mindset.
- Experience in business, growth, commercial intelligence, customer success or related areas.
- Proficiency with analysis tools (Excel/Sheets, dashboards, CRM tools).
- Ability to work consultatively with commercial and product teams.
- Experience with Salesforce clouds (Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud and Sales Cloud) is a plus.
