About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- The Physical Stores Manager leads the end-to-end physical stores initiative: defines where we are going, with which product, at what pace, and ensures the area grows quickly, sustainably and profitably.
- Provides strategic direction to the team and product, designs the go-to-market approach, reads signals from the market and the shop floor, and has the autonomy to change course when the data indicates it.
- Directly leads the Physical Stores Coordination team and is accountable for the channel's results: TPV (Total Payment Volume), new go-lives, activation, revenue and margin.
- Defines the vision, strategy and roadmap for Physical Stores — where we are going and how we will get there.
- Decides the right product for each retailer profile, channel and segment, and prioritizes where to allocate energy and investment.
- Identifies success patterns, bottlenecks and opportunities to scale quickly, sustainably and profitably.
- Makes course-correction and product decisions based on data and market insights.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience leading commercial and/or operational teams (including leading managers).
- Experience with physical retail stores, retail, payments, acquiring or financial services.
- Proven experience structuring go-to-market strategies and building areas/channels.
- Strong command of metrics, performance analysis and data-driven decision making.
- Bachelor's degree completed (Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or similar).
