About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage a team of 2–3 people
  • Consumer acquisition: monitor acquisition KPIs and design initiatives and tests to improve and optimize performance
  • Monetization and consumer retention: monitor monetization KPIs and design initiatives and tests to improve and optimize performance
  • Plan, execute and track CRM campaign performance and propose action plans for improvement
  • Plan, define strategy for, and execute product launch campaigns, new retailer onboarding campaigns, and app promotion
  • Plan, review and update B2C communication flows
  • Be responsible for the editorial/marketing calendar for email marketing, push notifications, banners, etc.
  • Plan and execute tests and experiments with different consumer profiles

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience in B2C communication
  • Knowledge of Growth Marketing
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Social Communication, and/or related fields
  • Hands-on profile
  • Advanced English
  • Knowledge of digital marketing
  • Previous experience managing a team
  • SQL

  • Knowledge of Performance Marketing and Influencer Marketing
  • Experience in financial institutions and/or B2C startups
