About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, implement and evolve customer relationship workflows (lifecycle, activation, repurchase, retention, win-back) aligned with Pagaleve's business objectives.
- Plan, execute and analyze one-off and seasonal campaigns, ensuring relevance and proper timing for each segment.
- Operate and optimize communications across email, push notifications, SMS, WhatsApp and in-app banners, ensuring a coherent cross-channel experience.
- Build and refine consumer segmentation strategies using behavioral, transactional and lifecycle data to personalize communications.
- Propose and run tests (A/B, multivariate) on workflows and campaigns to continuously improve results.
- Analyze workflow and campaign results with analytical rigor, identifying optimization opportunities and translating data into concrete actions.
- Coordinate alignment processes with the Product team, ensuring CRM communications are synchronized with the user journey, feature launches and product priorities.
- Structure and maintain recurring CRM performance reports, sharing insights and recommendations with Marketing, Product and Growth stakeholders.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in CRM/Marketing Automation focused on B2C operations, preferably in e-commerce or marketplaces.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Customer.io, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot or similar).
- Proven experience designing and managing lifecycle workflows and multichannel campaigns (email, push, SMS, WhatsApp).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret CRM metrics (open rate, CTR, conversion, LTV, churn) and turn data into decisions.
- SQL knowledge sufficient to query databases, create segments and extract send lists autonomously, without relying on technical teams.
- Experience with audience segmentation and personalized communication driven by purchase behavior and product categories.
- Differentials:
- Experience in e-commerce with a financial vertical (credit fintechs, BNPL, digital wallets) or in B2C fintechs.
- Experience with category-based purchase stimulation and cross-sell strategies in transactional customer bases.
- Familiarity with BI tools (Looker, Metabase or similar) for building deeper analyses and monitoring dashboards.
