About the role

  • Manipulate data and conduct analytical studies to improve credit and collections strategies for individual customers
  • Monitor credit performance indicators such as approval rate, delinquency, recovery and other metrics
  • Collaborate with the Data Science team to monitor and improve model performance
  • Support the team with day-to-day requests and operational tasks

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics or related fields
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of SQL
  • Experience in data manipulation and analysis
  • Analytical and collaborative mindset
  • Understanding of programming logic
