About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify and qualify new prospects from a mix of inbound (80%) and outbound (20%) leads.
- Execute high-volume cold calling, emailing, and social selling to meet monthly KPIs.
- Deliver tailored pitches that demonstrate the superior financial and social impact of PadSplit.
- Host group presentations for real estate investors to showcase PadSplit’s value proposition.
- Maintain accurate deal flow in Salesforce and SalesLoft, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Work closely with Sales Ops, Marketing, and Customer Success to create a seamless partner experience.
- Share customer insights to help refine our sales strategy and influence product development.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years in consultative B2B inside sales, with a track record of exceeding goals.
- Proficiency in phone, email, and text-based prospecting and outreach.
- Skilled in managing accurate data and workflow within Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
- Strong ability to engage, educate, and influence small to mid-market clients.
- Confident speaking and presenting over video to groups or individuals.
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for real estate and the future of housing innovation.
- Embodies PadSplit’s values—compassionate directness, integrity, optimism, curiosity, empathy, and strong work ethic.
- Background in real estate investment or prior success in an early-stage startup sales role.
