💰 $150,000 - $180,000 per year
About the role
- Provide day-to-day support to the CEO, including managing the CEO's calendar and prioritizing commitments.
- Assist with inbox management, triaging communications and drafting responses.
- Proactively track and follow up on the CEO's tasks and commitments to ensure completion.
- Oversee office operations, including vendor relationships, workspace optimization, documents and filing, basic financial operations and billing, and cross-team communication.
- Plan team off-sites and activities.
- Provide light personal support, such as booking appointments, coordinating personal travel, handling paperwork, and managing occasional personal errands.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience being an EA, ideally to a C-level role
- An attitude of no-work is too small, too hard, or outside my scope
- Attention to detail, highly organized systems-oriented thinker, likes to problem solve and think ahead and around corners; thinks: "how do we make this better?"
- A sense of humor
- Confidence to manage up and drive priorities forward independently.
- Capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft polished, professional emails and documents.
- Must be able to work in-person in San Francisco 5 days a week; if not already in San Francisco, must relocate within three months.
