About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze and prepare marketing data from multiple channels (Meta, Google Analytics, CRM, etc.) to derive strategic recommendations
- Plan, coordinate, and execute cross-channel marketing campaigns to acquire and activate new customers
- Build and optimize automated, hyper-personalized customer journeys across the entire customer lifecycle
- Design, run, and analyze A/B tests to continuously improve marketing performance
- Create and optimize landing pages and email campaigns with a strong focus on conversion optimization
- Work closely with Sales and Product to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Monitor relevant KPIs and continuously evolve our marketing strategy based on data-driven insights
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong motivation and enthusiasm for data-driven marketing
- Technical affinity and confident use of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other marketing platforms
- Ability to interpret marketing KPIs, derive actionable recommendations, and communicate complex data clearly
- Independent working style, quick comprehension, and a genuine willingness to learn new tools
- Strong marketing understanding of communications, landing page optimization, and customer journey
- Confident handling of CRM systems, content management tools, Excel, and data visualization
- Curious about AI technologies in a marketing context and eager to grow in a fast-paced start-up environment
- Very good German and good English skills
