• Own product design across paddy, from research and UX through UI, prototypes, and shipped experiences
• Design and launch high-quality features with the CPO and Product Engineers without traditional handoffs
• Turn complex AI workflows into intuitive products for teachers and students
• Use research, product data, and experiments to validate design decisions
• Work AI-native and use tools that enable the fastest realistic prototypes, ideally in code
• Collaborate directly with the CPO, CTO, and Product Engineers
