• Build, lead, and scale a high-performing EMEA sales team, with clear territories, goals, and enablement.
• Identify growth opportunities by market and segment, define entry and expansion strategies, and align resources accordingly.
• Provide day-to-day coaching, deal strategy, and call support. Engage directly with prospects and customers to unblock, advance, and close business.
• Develop senior-level relationships across the region to support enterprise pursuits and multi-market expansions.
• Own revenue retention, expansion and new business performance for regional accounts, including net revenue retention, expansion, and profitability.
• Drive strategic account plans, multi-threaded relationships, and cross-sell and upsell motions.
• Serve as the voice of the customer, provide actionable feedback to Product, GTM, and Operations.
• Lead our agency team and strengthen relationships with priority agency partners at executive level.
• Build joint business plans, co-sell programs, and enablement that unlock scaled pipeline and expansion.
• Own regional forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and operating rhythm.
• Partner with Marketing, Business Solutions, and Professional Services on targeted plays, proposals, and executive presentations.
• Support pricing and commercial negotiations, ensure sound financial planning and margin discipline.
• Stay current on market dynamics and the competitive landscape. Translate insights into strategy, plays, and enablement.
