About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the press relations strategy, strengthening Pacto Global – Rede Brasil’s institutional positioning with major media outlets;
  • Manage the relationship with the public relations agency, overseeing deliverables, briefings and strategic alignment of initiatives;
  • Identify pitching opportunities related to the ESG agenda, sustainability and institutional themes, helping to increase the organization’s media presence;
  • Produce and review institutional and journalistic materials such as press releases, articles, statements, briefings and supporting content, ensuring alignment with institutional positioning;
  • Monitor the organization’s media presence, tracking clippings, metrics and results to support area decision-making;
  • Produce institutional content for different channels, including the website, newsletters and support materials, ensuring consistency of language and institutional identity;
  • Support editorial planning and strategic communication initiatives, collaborating with internal teams, institutional campaigns and event coverage;
  • Support initiatives of the Comunicar para Engajar Platform (PACE), including liaising with participants and guests and organizing meetings;
  • Oversee suppliers, contracts, administrative processes and operational requests related to the initiatives under your responsibility.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communication, Public Relations or related fields;
  • Reside in São Paulo (city or metropolitan area);
  • Experience in corporate or institutional communication or press relations, with a focus on media engagement;
  • Production and review of institutional and journalistic content;
  • Excellent written communication and strong copywriting skills;
  • MS Office – intermediate level;
  • English – intermediate level;
  • Competencies: organization and the ability to manage multiple simultaneous demands with attention to detail; strategic communication perspective and the ability to identify opportunities for institutional positioning; proactive and autonomous work style to deliver results; strong interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders; analytical mindset for tracking results and media monitoring; adaptability and prioritization skills in a dynamic environment.
