About the role

  • Support the marketing strategy by qualifying and managing leads generated by Pacto Global’s various initiatives, ensuring correct registration, tracking and forwarding for conversion with internal teams.
  • Analyze and qualify leads generated by marketing activities, institutional and thematic events, and other initiatives;
  • Register, organize and monitor leads;
  • Forward qualified leads to the Membership, Fundraising, Engagement and Impact teams according to defined criteria;
  • Monitor performance indicators related to lead generation, qualification and conversion;
  • Support the preparation of reports and analysis of results;
  • Propose improvements to workflows, processes and strategies for lead generation and conversion, in alignment with internal partners;
  • Work collaboratively across different areas, ensuring clear communication and smooth processes;
  • Support general marketing requests;
  • Manage external suppliers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Commercial Management or related fields;
  • Experience with data analysis and performance indicators;
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint);
  • Clear and objective verbal and written communication;
  • Organized and attentive to detail, with strong prioritization skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks;
  • Analytical mindset, with interest in data, metrics and continuous improvement;
  • Proactive and responsible, able to follow tasks from start to finish;
  • Collaborative team player, comfortable interacting with different departments;
  • Active listening and a consultative approach to understand the needs of internal partners.
