About the role

  • Conduct active prospecting of new companies, including initial outreach, meeting scheduling, and ongoing follow-ups;
  • Qualify leads and manage the onboarding funnel, from initial contact through final approval;
  • Conduct onboarding meetings focused on strategic and institutional messaging;
  • Monitor the analysis and approval process for companies applying to join;
  • Update, monitor, and manage the opportunity pipeline in Salesforce;
  • Participate in institutional and strategic events to prospect new companies;
  • Support the renewal/re-enrollment process for companies, ensuring alignment with established criteria;
  • Support and execute strategic initiatives within the onboarding/membership area;
  • Maintain document control and organize partner company information.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Business Administration, Social or Human Sciences, Marketing, Communications, Business/Project Management, or related fields.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Experience using internal systems, CRMs, and onboarding tracking platforms.
  • Strong reading comprehension and document interpretation skills.
  • Formal writing skills for drafting institutional emails, assessments, and reports.
  • Basic understanding of integrity, compliance, and corporate reputation criteria.
  • Ability to guide companies on requirements, deadlines, and commitments throughout the onboarding process.
