Key responsibilities & impact
  • Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans that maximize independence and quality of life.
  • Assess and treat swallowing disorders to help residents eat and drink safely.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and families to provide exceptional resident-centered care.
  • Maintain timely, accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current state Speech-Language Pathologist license
  • CCC-SLP preferred (Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply!)
  • Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience is a plus—but not required!
  • A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping others thrive.
