About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide skilled nursing care to residents
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
- Monitor residents' health and report changes to the supervising nurse
Requirements
What you’ll need- Nursing Degree from an accredited College/University
- Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice in South Carolina
- Experience as an LPN in LTC preferred
- Current CPR certification
- Experience with PCC preferred
- Must maintain all required continuing education/ licensing and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
