About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the facility
- Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance issues
- Complete preventative maintenance tasks
- Assist with room renovations and equipment repairs
- Help maintain the building and grounds
- Respond to maintenance requests with a positive attitude and excellent customer service
Requirements
What you’ll need- General maintenance experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry
- Ability to lift, bend, climb ladders, and work independently
- Dependable, motivated, and a team player
