About the role
- Implement assigned modules of the EHR Platform (PointClickCare)
- Organize, plan, and direct EHR-related projects
- Provide PCC Navigation training and re-training
- Conduct audits of assigned modules
- Issue monthly reports covering audit results
- Maintain spreadsheets on facility audit trends
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute
- Working knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to apply mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain confidential and private personnel data.
