About the role
- Assist the DSD/DON/Administrator in administering policies and implementing facility orientation
- Organize the orientation of new employees according to regulations
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and government reporting regulations
Requirements
- HR experience in a skilled nursing facility
- Payroll experience (Workday preferred)
- Recruiting and onboarding experience
- Desire to provide candidates with a good experience through our orientation processes
