• Report to the Amazon Marketing Lead and support Packt’s paid performance and merchandising on Amazon
• Plan and execute monthly Amazon paid campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display)
• Manage setup, optimisation, and monitoring of Amazon PPC campaigns
• Adjust bids, budgets, and targeting to improve performance and report on CTR, CVR, ACoS, TACoS
• Brief and coordinate creatives (ad visuals, copy, A+ content, Store assets) for campaigns
• Support test-and-learn initiatives including keyword optimisation, targeting strategies, and creative variation
• Plan and set up participation in Amazon discount campaigns (Black Friday, Prime Day, Lightning Deals, themed promotions)
• Coordinate nomination sheets, unit limits, and discount tiers with publishing Verticals
• Monitor promotion approvals in Vendor Central and liaise with Amazon to resolve visibility or delivery issues
• Refresh and optimise Packt’s Amazon Storefront; measure impact on traffic and conversion
• Pull and analyse campaign, traffic, and conversion reports to provide actionable insights
• Share learnings and recommendations to inform wider Amazon marketing strategy
• Act as a key contact for liaising with Amazon on promotions, product pages, and campaign delivery
