About the role

  • Responsible for closing new Packsize accounts within a defined area
  • Spend time with potential customers (40 hours per month of face-to-face and/or virtual meetings)
  • Oversee proposals, negotiate terms/conditions, and implement contractual agreements
  • Conduct meetings to understand prospective customers' current packaging process
  • Proactively reach out to new prospects to set up initial meetings and/or presentations
  • Design and implement optimum process flows that reduce cost, improve efficiency and sustainability
  • Work alongside Packsize software and Sales Engineers to develop right size packaging process flows
  • Close a determined amount of new business per year, primarily defined in revenue generated
  • Work directly with existing business sales team to ensure expectations are met and customer is delighted

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (7+ years in sales)
  • 2-5 years successful track record in a complex selling environment to C-Level executives
  • Significant experience in a multifaceted, strategic sales process
  • Ability to manage a full funnel and pipeline selling process
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Positive attitude and a commitment to professionalism
  • Demonstrated ability to lead change, handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Responsible for running the territory as a business
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
