About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

As Technical Product Manager (Integrations & Data), you are responsible for the integrations layer and the data backbone of Packa.
You own the roadmap and strategy for our Integrations & Data domain.
You design our integrations ecosystem at a functional level.
You translate customers' integration requirements into clear product specifications.
You are responsible for our internal data backbone.
You participate in integration and scoping calls with customers.
You define and track KPIs for our integration success.
You work closely with Customer Success around the integrations workflow.
You align with the Regulatory PM and the Workflows PM on shared data requirements.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3–5 years of professional experience in product management, with at least 2 years of end-to-end ownership of integrations, API, or data products.
Proven experience shipping customer-facing integrations through at least one full lifecycle.
Strong technical fluency — you read API documentation fluently, write SQL, understand data modeling, and can substantively challenge an engineer's solution.
Familiar with B2B enterprise integration patterns — including authentication, data synchronization models, batch vs. event-driven flows.
Solid understanding of the modern data stack *(specific technologies — to be determined with Jonas)*.
Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
