About the role
- You are our Hunter. You acquire new B2B customers through proactive, persuasive outreach and position our platform as a strategic solution for packaging optimization, closing deals that deliver measurable value.
- You are the primary point of contact. You take main responsibility for your customer relationships, build lasting trust and develop partnerships on equal footing.
- You are the driving force behind every deal. You identify the specific needs of potential customers, develop tailored solutions and drive projects to completion with determination.
- You are a Sales Architect. You grasp complex contexts quickly, translate them into clear, compelling sales arguments and bring structure to demanding sales processes.
- You are our ambassador. You represent Packa professionally—demonstrating presence, negotiation skills and persuasiveness toward procurement decision-makers and executive leadership.
- You are a networker. You confidently manage complex decision-making processes, persuade diverse stakeholders and act flexibly and effectively—both internally and externally.
- You are our sparring partner. You strategically develop customer relationships and proactively identify up- and cross-selling opportunities to ensure long-term customer success.
Requirements
- You are a sales professional. With at least 3 years of experience in B2B sales—ideally as an Account Executive or in Account Management—you understand how to manage complex sales cycles successfully and close substantive deals.
- You master SaaS—technically and commercially. You bring solid experience in technical B2B SaaS sales and know how to position complex SaaS products convincingly in the market.
- You are a doer with strong execution skills. You tackle challenges proactively, act independently and have the stamina and ambition to make an impact even in new situations.
- You convince with clear communication and demo competence. You present complex features clearly, keep the focus firmly on customer benefit and win different stakeholders with targeted arguments.
- You are a strong communicator—in German and English. You operate confidently at decision-maker level, formulate ideas clearly and precisely, and convince procurement leaders as well as executive management.
- You think strategically and act entrepreneurially. You identify market opportunities, develop well-considered solutions and bring high self-motivation to implement them successfully.
- You are a road warrior. Travel is natural for you—you are willing to be on-site with our customers on a biweekly basis and represent Packa in person with professionalism and impact.
