About the role

  • Take technical responsibility for our full-stack product development.
  • Develop new features and architectures — from initial concept to production release.
  • Work closely with product, design, and business stakeholders.
  • Serve as the technical point of contact for our customers and support projects.
  • Communicate directly with customer teams and assist with technical inquiries.
  • Own project responsibility, plan implementations and releases.
  • Collaborate closely with our Product Lead to optimize outcomes.
  • Lead a team of software engineers and actively help shape the engineering culture.

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of experience in software development — ideally with scalable SaaS products.
  • Strong full-stack skills with a backend focus: solid knowledge of TypeScript and Node.js, ideally using NestJS on the backend — complemented by a good understanding of frontend technologies such as React.
  • Experience building modern APIs, various system architectures, and data modeling.
  • Confident with deployment, testing, and CI/CD processes.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to define and execute technical roadmaps.
  • Ideally some experience in team leadership or technical mentoring.
  • Solution-oriented and pragmatic working style, closely aligned with the product vision.
