About the role
- Take technical responsibility for our full‑stack product development.
- Design and develop new features and architectures — from the initial idea to production delivery.
- Work closely with product, design and business stakeholders to shape technical solutions around user needs.
- Act as the technical point of contact for our customers and support projects — including system integrations — and actively contribute during operational phases.
- Maintain direct communication with customer teams, assist with technical questions, and bring their requirements into the product.
- Own projects, plan implementations and releases, and steer your team’s development process.
- Collaborate closely with our Product Lead to achieve the best results.
- Lead a team of currently four software engineers and actively develop the engineering culture.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in software development — ideally with scaling SaaS products.
- Strong knowledge of TypeScript and Node.js, preferably with NestJS on the backend — complemented by a solid understanding of frontend technologies such as React.
- Experience developing modern APIs, various system architectures, and data modeling.
- Confident working with deployment, testing and CI/CD processes.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to define and efficiently execute technical roadmaps.
- Ideally some experience in team leadership or technical mentoring.
- Solution-oriented, pragmatic working style, closely aligned with the product vision.
