About the role
- You ensure our products arrive at our customers on time and undamaged.
- From order to delivery, you manage all aspects and coordinate all parties involved smoothly.
- You are the pivot of our supply chain: you build bridges between our customers, suppliers, and logistics partners.
- With your organizational talent and strong communication skills, you ensure smooth operations and exceed our customers' expectations.
- You work closely and trustingly with your team (Supply Chain Management) and maintain seamless cooperation with all other project teams at Packmatic.
- You maintain contact with our partners and build long-term relationships.
Requirements
- With your commercial training in logistics or a Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, you are well equipped to keep our supply chain running.
- You already bring initial valuable experience in supply chain management—whether through an internship or other practical exposure.
- You work independently, in a structured way, and have an eye for detail and numbers.
- Your strong communication skills help you keep our customers and suppliers fully satisfied.
- You live in Berlin or the surrounding area and are willing to work both in the office and from home.
- You can express yourself very well in German (C1) and in English (B2) and are comfortable using the phone.
