About the role

  • Partner with stakeholders to translate business objectives into data requirements and actionable insights.
  • Proactively analyze data to identify emerging trends, patterns, and opportunities.
  • Perform statistical modeling and analysis of structured and unstructured datasets to develop metrics, reports, and visualizations.
  • Collaborate with technology teams and business users to design and deliver data solutions.
  • Identify, capture, and validate data from internal and external sources.
  • Build and maintain robust statistical models for monitoring and ad hoc analyses.
  • Develop clear, compelling data visualizations, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings.
  • Champion best practices for data quality, governance, and accessibility across the organization.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in an analytical role with proven ability to influence business outcomes.
  • Experience handling sensitive healthcare data and working within compliance frameworks.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to independently frame questions, test hypotheses, and proactively deliver insights.
  • Demonstrated expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau preferred).
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong SQL skills for data extraction and transformation.
  • Proficiency in Python for advanced analysis and automation.
  • Ability to communicate complex findings in a clear, concise, and actionable way to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with product enhancement analytics and measuring application usage/trends using Mixpanel/Segment.
