About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prepare and review U.S. Federal and State tax returns, primarily Forms 1065 and 1120
  • Prepare tax extensions and support the completion of final tax filings
  • Assist with tax notices, amendments, and tax setup processes
  • Analyze financial statements, trial balances, and supporting documentation before tax preparation
  • Ensure compliance with IRS and state tax regulations
  • Collaborate with U.S.-based teams and clients to gather information and resolve tax-related inquiries
  • Maintain accurate documentation and meet filing deadlines
  • Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiencies within the tax team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in U.S. Tax
  • Hands-on experience preparing Forms 1065 (Partnerships) and 1120 (Corporations)
  • Experience with Federal and State tax returns
  • Experience working with U.S.-based clients or teams is highly preferred
  • Experience with tax software such as CCH Axcess, ONESOURCE, UltraTax, ProConnect, or similar
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong understanding of U.S. tax regulations and compliance
  • Advanced English (required)
