Key responsibilities & impact

Prepare and review U.S. Federal and State tax returns, primarily Forms 1065 and 1120
Prepare tax extensions and support the completion of final tax filings
Assist with tax notices, amendments, and tax setup processes
Analyze financial statements, trial balances, and supporting documentation before tax preparation
Ensure compliance with IRS and state tax regulations
Collaborate with U.S.-based teams and clients to gather information and resolve tax-related inquiries
Maintain accurate documentation and meet filing deadlines
Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiencies within the tax team

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in U.S. Tax
Hands-on experience preparing Forms 1065 (Partnerships) and 1120 (Corporations)
Experience with Federal and State tax returns
Experience working with U.S.-based clients or teams is highly preferred
Experience with tax software such as CCH Axcess, ONESOURCE, UltraTax, ProConnect, or similar
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong understanding of U.S. tax regulations and compliance
Advanced English (required)
