About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and execute growth strategies in target markets (LATAM, Europe, Asia, among others).
  • Lead acquisition of new clients both B2C (traders) and B2B (IBs, affiliates, money managers).
  • Identify, negotiate, and close strategic partnerships.
  • Manage and expand relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs).
  • Coordinate with the marketing team on acquisition campaigns (performance and branding).
  • Analyze competition, FX market trends, and customer behavior.
  • Optimize the conversion funnel (lead → deposit → active trading).
  • Represent the company at events, expos, and networking forums (online and offline).
  • Prepare regular commercial performance reports (weekly and monthly).

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales within Forex, CFD, Crypto, or Fintech.
  • Direct experience with brokers or trading platforms.
  • Active network of contacts (IBs, affiliates, traders, funds).
  • Knowledge of financial products: FX, commodities, indices, and crypto CFDs.
  • Proficiency in English (required); other languages are a plus.
  • Strong results orientation, focused on KPIs and revenue generation
