About the role

  • Own end-to-end project delivery from pre-launch through go-live
  • Define and manage project plans, milestones, timelines, and dependencies
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams: Engineering (frontend, backend, platform), Product, Payments / Integrations
  • Drive execution across: Platform delivery, Wallet / payment integrations, Third-party provider integrations
  • Identify risks, blockers, and delivery gaps early, and proactively resolve them
  • Maintain clear visibility and reporting for leadership
  • Ensure readiness for beta and public launch
  • Support post-launch stabilization and iteration

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a PMO / Senior Project Manager / Delivery Manager
  • Strong background in iGaming platforms or iGaming providers (casino, sportsbook, payments, RGS, platforms)
  • Proven experience working in pre-launch or high-growth environments
  • Highly execution-oriented, detail-driven, and structured
  • Comfortable working directly with technical teams
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Fluent English (mandatory)
