About the role
- Handle tasks of any kind, whatever they may be
- Conduct research on specific topics
- Maintain all kinds of project lists
- Arrange travel bookings
- Support the execution of projects
- Keep an eye on what's trending in the social (and real) world
- Support the team in planning, organizing, and delivering projects from A to Z and contribute other (fun) ideas
- Help foster and embody our agency culture
Requirements
- Very familiar with Microsoft 365 Office applications
- Have a can-do attitude and the drive to get things moving
- Be passionate about organization and able to juggle multiple tasks at once
- Be kind and fair to everyone we work with
- Be curious and eager to learn
- Experience in a marketing agency or dynamic client-facing environment is a big plus
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
