About the role
- Handle tasks of all kinds, whatever needs doing
- Conduct research on specific topics and maintain various project lists
- Manage travel bookings and assist with project execution
- Support the team in planning, organizing, and executing projects from A to Z
Requirements
- Very familiar with Microsoft 365 Office tools
- Have a can-do attitude and a drive to make things happen
- A passion for organizing and the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Treat all colleagues fairly
- Be curious and willing to learn new things
- Experience in a marketing agency or a dynamic client-facing environment is a strong advantage
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
