About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Hire, coach, and mentor Account Executives to build a high-performing team that originates over $175MM annually in both FMV and Finance leases
  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and results-driven performance
  • Identify and develop future sales leaders to support long-term organizational growth
  • Drive growth through client expansion and new account acquisition by developing strategic selling capabilities across the team
  • Ensure AEs are executing account plans and penetrating all relevant verticals within assigned accounts
  • Own key client relationships, delivering a “white glove” experience and positioning PRC as a trusted advisor
  • Champion deep, strategic partnerships that lead to long-term retention and account expansion
  • Guide AEs in identifying, structuring, and closing complex, high-value deals
  • Actively participate in account discovery, development, and closing calls—this is a hands-on leadership role
  • Use performance data (calls, opportunities, portfolio metrics) to drive continuous improvement across the team
  • Partner closely with senior sales leadership and internal stakeholders to align on growth strategies and team success

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5 years of equipment leasing or financing experience selling to large enterprise or Fortune 500 organizations
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales leadership experience, with a proven track record of hiring, coaching, and developing Account Executives in a complex B2B environment
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams that consistently meet or exceed quota
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire, motivate, and hold teams accountable to performance goals
  • Experience driving growth through both client expansion and new account acquisition
  • Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with investment-grade credit clients
  • Ability to bring high-performing Account Executives or established client relationships is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree required
