Director of Sales

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Hire, coach, and mentor Account Executives to build a high-performing team that originates over $175MM annually in both FMV and Finance leases
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and results-driven performance
- Identify and develop future sales leaders to support long-term organizational growth
- Drive growth through client expansion and new account acquisition by developing strategic selling capabilities across the team
- Ensure AEs are executing account plans and penetrating all relevant verticals within assigned accounts
- Own key client relationships, delivering a “white glove” experience and positioning PRC as a trusted advisor
- Champion deep, strategic partnerships that lead to long-term retention and account expansion
- Guide AEs in identifying, structuring, and closing complex, high-value deals
- Actively participate in account discovery, development, and closing calls—this is a hands-on leadership role
- Use performance data (calls, opportunities, portfolio metrics) to drive continuous improvement across the team
- Partner closely with senior sales leadership and internal stakeholders to align on growth strategies and team success
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5 years of equipment leasing or financing experience selling to large enterprise or Fortune 500 organizations
- Minimum of 3 years of sales leadership experience, with a proven track record of hiring, coaching, and developing Account Executives in a complex B2B environment
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams that consistently meet or exceed quota
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire, motivate, and hold teams accountable to performance goals
- Experience driving growth through both client expansion and new account acquisition
- Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with investment-grade credit clients
- Ability to bring high-performing Account Executives or established client relationships is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree required
