About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handle 40–60 inbound calls daily from policyholders and financial professionals
- Provide guidance on policy transactions, account activity, and product details
- Research and resolve service requests with accuracy and professionalism
- Process requests and document interactions in internal systems
- Navigate multiple systems while assisting customers in real time
- Partner with internal teams to ensure timely resolution
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–2 years of customer-facing experience (call center, banking, retail, hospitality, or similar)
- FINRA SIE and Series 6 or 7 licenses
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfort using multiple computer systems
- Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced environment
- Preferred Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in financial services or insurance
