About the role
- Managing, updating, and enhancing the Annuity, RIA, and other CMD Web Properties.
- Work with various internal and external teammates to ensure our Web Properties are continually maintained, and best in class.
- Responsible for maintaining Rates on various Web Properties by partnering with the Rates Committee.
- Stay up to date on Web Publishing methodologies and practices by utilizing Adobe DAM.
- Back up various Marketing Technology teammates on other Web Property sites, collaborate on Sales Enablement tools, and provide valuable input to leaders and stakeholders to maintain a "best in class" experience for our end users.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field of study is preferred
- Demonstrated, hands-on experience managing various stages of the digital product life cycle is required, particularly as it relates to enablement platforms (e.g., Seismic, Sales Portal).
- A strong technical background with specific knowledge of more common elements of a Marketing Technology stack (e.g., web technologies, SFMC, SF Sales Cloud, CVENT, sales enablement tools, etc.).
- Hands on technology implementation experience in software development or system architecture, is required.
- An ability to convey complex ideas clearly and to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences is essential.
- Outstanding organizational skills and demonstrated success working in highly matrixed organizations.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Understanding the Annuity line of business including RIA, rates, and product enhancements.
- Ability to adapt to an evolving MarTech roadmap and Enterprise-wide Technology initiative.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills paired with the ability to develop creative and efficient solutions with minimal guidance.
- Team player who can collaborate with teammates.
