About the role
- Initiate projects within Project Management tools and facilitate kick-off meetings.
- Lead and facilitate productive planning sessions/meetings with internal and external teams.
- Develop approaches and solutions with key stakeholders.
- Work with Operations teams and SMEs to develop thorough business requirements.
- Present clear and concise status updates.
- Ensure clear and concise documentation of meetings and project artifacts.
- Obtain customer acceptance and feedback post-project closure.
- Partner closely with IT to scope, prioritize, and deliver project scope after launch.
- Drive a positive service experience with stakeholders and resolve post-implementation questions.
Requirements
- Preferably 4+ years within the financial services industry (or comparable equivalent).
- Experience in a highly service-focused, financial services Operations environment.
- Familiarity with basic project management approaches in Operations.
- Strong communication skills, including ability to facilitate effective meetings.
- Ability to drive positive outcomes and proactively address challenges with a variety of stakeholders.
- Adept at managing time to oversee multiple processes and meet multiple deadlines.
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of individuals.
- Must be able to work independently under minimal supervision.
