About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct process reviews to identify opportunities for improvement through automation, digitalization, standardization, and best practice sharing.
  • Identify and analyse automation opportunities, including robotic process automation and macro-based solutions, and collaborate with technical teams on implementation.
  • Partner with Business Process Owners to analyse requirements, design enhancement change requests and implement system solutions that meet business needs.
  • Support the documentation of end-to-end business processes and ensure they are clearly communicated and shared with agencies.
  • Participate in and lead business process projects, with a current focus on Sales and Customer Service processes.
  • Monitor key performance indicators to assess process effectiveness, analyse performance data, and recommend corrective actions where needed.
  • Work with Business Process Owners and agency stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve regional processes.
  • Develop and deliver training to Business Process Specialists and relevant stakeholders across the agencies.
  • Support regional offices with change management initiatives, address employee concerns, and enable a positive transition experience.
  • Prepare regular performance updates and reports for regional leadership, highlighting progress, challenges, risks, and improvement opportunities.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, Operations, or a related field.
  • Project management qualification or exposure to methodologies such as PMP, PMI, Agile, or Scrum.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification or experience applying continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Familiarity with the container shipping industry or a similar logistics, maritime, or transportation environment would be a plus.
  • Change management certification or relevant experience supporting business transformation initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate business requirements for technical teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze processes, identify gaps, and recommend practical improvement solutions.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations in a regional or matrix environment.
  • Understanding of process mining and experience using process mining tools would be an advantage.
